Twisted Sister Meg here: Not sure why I feel the need to announce myself, but anywho.
I’m typing this as fast as I can because dearest Donald is already dressed, tapping his foot waiting for me to: finish this last mug of coffee so I can get dressed to start our day. Why is this important?
I dunno but I thought it would be interesting as I’m asked what takes up all my time. Today is special as in it is the start of race season and I’m not ready. Hell, I’m not even dressed yet!!
After I get dressed, I have to unload 10 – 50 lb sacks of feed to clear the Tahoe. Take the Tahoe back into the pasture to hook up the car trailer, then leave to get 4 huge round bales of hay.
Unload trailer of hay, feed horses and cows, put out round bale so said critters will stop tearing up my fences and feeders. Note to cows and horses: tearing stuff up won’t make me move any faster.
Next: start race car…uh, hope that race car starts. Change oil, change flat tire, put in seat cover, load on trailer. Load back of Tahoe with tires, race gear, and move to front yard to annoy the neighbors! This is one of my most favorite parts of the day…other than us all tuning our engines.
Search office and hope I don’t get lost. Find all the race clothes, helmet, gloves, shoes….then find lucky underwear for tonight. Yes, I do have lucky socks and undies. Y’all can get up off the floor now.
Take nap in afternoon while NASCAR is on. This is important because I have to ‘get into the mindset’ of a racer. If I don’t nap then I will officially be B O W …bitch on wheels. I’m not pretty when I’m like this. Beware, Megadeath on track!
Whew….I’m already tired and I haven’t even had breakfast yet. Guess I’ll schedule that meal for about…oh, 4 pm.
Y’all have a good day!

Hope the guys are all eating your dust (or mud spray or whatever)!
Sheesh, I got tired just reading about the stuff you had to do today and had to go take a nap before I could post.
Can’t wait for Vista del Sol!
Thanks, Marilyn!
Nope, I ate their dust…literally. Couldn’t see the track at times.
I’m excited too!
