My reality TV addiction is showing again. I love PROJECT RUNWAY, including All Stars. Who can’t be fascinated with Austin Scarlett, Mondo or Rami. That being stated, why do some of the contestants dress as if they’ve gone through the trash can rejects from a thrift store? Do you understand? I don’t. If you are trying to sell me that you’re a hot-shot designer who should be paid the BIG bucks, shouldn’t you dress well at the runway show?
I understand being comfy while sewing or at home. I agree that the best time of the day is when I can shuck off the jeans and undergarments to get into my flannel pajamas. But… I change into ‘clothes’ because if I didn’t, that would be the day that the cows will get out on the road. Or FED-UPS, USPS and every door to door sales person stop by.
Don’t the designers care if they’re featured in People in Wal-Mart? Just that thought sends chills down my spine.
I don’t get it either, but that’s Mondo for you!
I was sad to see Rami go, especially with less talented designers (Kara) squeaking by.
