Our local TV station has “Tell Me Something Good,” so I will. Men’s underwear sales are up. Yep, new drawers for the guys. Not sure why that’s news worthy. Local attendance at the Dallas Zoo is up also.
In my little corner of the world, the tomatoes are tomatoing and the peppers are blooming. Okra’s up and the bok choy is boking–I guess.
Panda is up and running. I never seem to have the video camera handy when he thinks he’s a race cow. There are tire tracks in our bar ditch where I think people have stopped to see this funny marked animal.
So…tell me something good?

Nope. Got nuthin’. At least not today. I’ll check back tomorrow.
Something good . . . my honeysuckle is blooming, so sometimes I go out and stand downwind of it just to inhale the sweetness.
I’ve got peaches on the peach trees — even the volunteer that came up in the bed of crape myrtles next to the driveway. Hadn’t had those in years.
The sugar cookies Cam and I baked and decorated were enough fun that he didn’t tell me (again), “Grandma, maybe you should stick to roll cookies.”
