nuevo megI have been traveling quite a bit,so my blogs haven’t been on time, and I apologize for that. Today I’ve been struck once again with the migraine monster.

      It is a bone spur that presses on the nerve in my neck. The driving makes it worse. The changing weather doesn’t help.
