On Saturday, I went to the Texas Dive Show in Arlington. I usually don’t like walking around venues like this alone. I knew one of my friends, Jeff, would be there, and he was! Jeff helped teach me to dive, and is still teaching me how to improve. Thanks, Jeff! After feeling a bit more secure, I ventured to the other booths.
“Hi, Meg!” I was greeted, then wondered how did they know my name. Well, duh, I was wearing a huge name tag with MEG in bold black. And I’m such a pushover that I stopped to speak. My mama would have risen in her grave and slapped me stupid if I was rude. What does it really cost but a few minutes.
Oh the places I could go, and the adventures I could have all for the small fortune of $$$$$.
Did you know you can fly from Dallas directly to the Cayman Islands for about the same price as Cozumel? And that The Caymans are becoming a real foodie destination?
The highlight of my show was seeing Ken, the man who started my journey into the sea, and his gorgeous wife, Sue. Going to exotic places, and not so exotic, with them have given me some of the best adventures of my life–So far.
From Padre Island, The Caribbean and all the way down to Curacao the gorgeous pictures have me dreaming of blue water diving.

Sounds like so much fun. Is this the show where you see Sandra?
Sandra and Casa Del Mar were not there this year. I missed seeing her.
Marilyn, we’ll be seeing Sandra soon! The sun! The sand! The warm crystal clear water! The food! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I can hardly wait!
Sounds wonderful!!
